To Jeffery,

We are currently using MV2C and MPA III too.

The answers as followed:-

1) What size and shape fiducials have you found to work most efficiently
with your machines?

We realise circle and square fiducials work pretty OK..
Diameter of at least 1mm to 2.5 mm works well.

2) What type of solder finish is used on fiducials/boards, i.e.,
HASL,organic, bare Cu, none??

I prefer bare Cu. I hate HASL, it is somtimes, too many uneveness.

I have not try organic, if you try it before, I would like to listen to
your opinion.
