  Dear Tech Netters,

We have recently purchased a new in-line cleaner. In the past, everything
  was batch cleaned.
We had a lot of manual labor invloved with peelable mask, "popcicle
  stick" spacers to keep
about a dozen small daughter boards from leaning over and shorting out
  against other parts, etc.

I am looking for source(s) for:

  1. Water soluble spacers to go through the the top side of the wave
  soldering process.
They have to be compatible with a closed loop D. I. system. or
  2. Reusable, one piece, fixtures to replace the "popcicle stick" spacers.
  and
  3. Reusable fixtures to prevent the hold-down belt from snagging parts on
  the boards.

  Any information would be appreciated.

  Thanks in advance.
