Ron,
You may be talking about the OSP (Organic Solderable Protectants) from Enthone
callled Entek. They currently have two types, Cu-056 (single-pass)
and Antiox-106A (multi-pass). I have more experience with the latter
OSP coating. Contact Enthone in New Haven, CT @ 203-932-8549 for
