IBM (at Wangaratta, Victoria AUSTRALIA) seem to like using it. When
we were getting them to make procure & load some boards (for my old
company) they insisted on it for surface flatness, shelf life & ease
of soldering.
Maybe they can help you if you cant find who "Entech" is.
