reading what all the techies have written - they all bare credence - but
solving the process is the best possible amswer. to add to the list - someof
the board shops are stillusing sr-1000 - thermal cure soldermask - when this
mask bleeds - neither persulfate nor peroxy/sulfuric will cure it. i've seen
the board shops that use it use a mild bifluoride/peroxide etch.
just adding to the list!!
