     Hello TechNetters!
     You folks out there in the MIL-STD World.  How many of you 
     have setup a No-clean factory?  What questions did your 
     customer ask besides question like "Did you do a SIR test"?
     What methods did you use to implement?  Example:  Started at 
     the end of the process, Wave and SMD in parallel, etc.  I 
     would appreciate hearing from you.  Some war stories would 
     be welcome.  Thanks in advance from another MIL product 
     manufacturer.
