Don,
The Anti-pad size rule I've been using is
	((FHS + .030))
I round up to the nearest convenient aperature size..
i.e. .038 FHS would get a .070 antipad.

Of course this will not always work with some of those wacko
crazy miniature audio jacks with large lead diameter pins on 
.050 centers, but it's good for 90% of TH comps.
