For those who are involve in the drilling of bare pcb's, I have a
few queries
        1. What is the amount of shift( maximum) you are controlling in
terms of mm?
        2. What is your drilling machine accuracy when we do the machine
accuracy test
ie. we measure the programmed hole distance against the actual
hole distance ?
        3. I have a machine which is giving me maximum shift of 0.08mm (
this is the maximum variance between the programmed and actual hole
distance). We have service the collet, clean the scales, did the
spindle runout test but the maximum shift is still 0.07 to 0.08mm.
What else can I do to improve my machine accuracy ?
I would be happy to hear any suggestion towards solving my problem.
Thanks

Regards
Bobby
