No -- the board material has a memory and will over time return to its warped 
condition.  Additionally, you will be compromising the integrity of the plated 
thru holes by attempting to straighten it. Perhaps preventative measures would 
be more appropriate -- fixturing the board across the wave -- leaving the solder
cool in the fixture before removal of the fixture.

     1. Does anyone know a way to straighten a completely stuffed board 
     without damaging the components?
     
     
     2. How much of warp can be reliably corrected?
