W. R. Grace has a product called M-7200 Peelable Mask. It is used to protect
surfaces though the HASL process. For more information call Mark Edson at
1-800-232-6100. When using the product pay close attention to application
thickness. Most peelable masks will become brittle and non peelable if they
are applied too thin.
Another trick I have seen used with the M-7200 is to peel it while the panel
is still warm. This makes the peeling process much easier. Hope this is
