Paresh,

It is very possible that the white residue you are experiencing is no clean
flux that has dried up.  This was a problem with some older no clean formulas
when exposed to an aqueous cleaner, but typically the newer formulas of no
clean only leave a white residue when exposed to alcohols or CFC's.
We recently got a few RMA's from customers claiming we shipped off product
with white residue all over the joints, only to find out that they ran the
boards through an Omegameter test(basically soaked them in an alcohol mixture).
