Rolled solder is another name for roller tinning. This surface finish
applied to bare boards is a coating of tin-lead, tyically 1-2 microns
thick. Still available today from some PCB fabricators today, it is a low
cost surface finish (cheaper than HASL) typically used on 1-layer PCBs,
sometimes 2-layer PCBs.
