Let me add to what Doug said by adding a packaging standard that I have
found. Universal Instruments Corporation sent me a nice set that they
did. I mentioned this once before on the TechNet, but I realize that
there are always new people joining in.
Altough IPC does not have anything on this, the Universal documents might
