Hi Technet,

Has anybody ever encountered tombstoning on the SOT-23 component. I
understand it is normal to see chip component tombstoning, but not SOT-23.

I hope somebody could enlighten me what is/are the causes.

Thanks in Advance..

Poh Kong Hui
