We are using a material called "Matrix Moe" supplied by:

Elastomeric Technology Inc.in Hatboro, PA
phone 215-672-0787
fax 215-672-4633

The material consists of oriented gold conductors which are approximately 13
microns by 125 microns. The conductors are embedded in a silicone elastomer
matrix.

Hello TechNet...

Has anyone ever seen a conductive and machinable elastomer? If so please let
me know a sorce that I can contact. We need such a material for electrical
testing of wirebond pads at a pitch of 175-225 microns.

Any suggestions and tips are welcomed.
