Hi,
We are looking for a good reliable UV Exposure machine which will be used to expose PEPR 2400 from Shipley.
1 - The needed characteristics are very similar to exposing Probimer 52 Solder Mask (preferably 8kw).
2 - Large interest could be the capability of exposing inside the holes bigger than 1.0 mm.
Several light sources / moving light source might be needed.
3 - The fastest exposure time known is about 10 seconds. Regular PC-130 5 kw will do it in about 40-50
    secondes.
4 - 1300 - 1500 mjcm2 under the mylar, 405 nm wave length.
5 - Lateral reflectors is a plus.
6 - Enclosed cooling system is welcome.
7 - Experiences with Colight 1630 is welcome.
8 - Fast delivery would help

Thank you for your help / comments.

Roland
