Dupont has put together an article called "Perspective on Cleanrooms" which
was reprinted in Printed Circuit Fabrication, Vol 12, No. 6, June 1989.

I have an interest in some practical information regarding clean rooms as
they relate to printed circuit imaging and lamination lay-up. Much of the
published information addresses ultraclean rooms for semiconductor
manufacturing. If anyone knows of any technical articles relative to
printed circuit clean rooms, I would be very appreciative.
