Does anyone have any quality information on ammoniacal etching or know
     of a good source?

Manuals and training documents (or information on future training
sessions) covering the control aspects of etching (new technologies
are welcome) as well as general practice would be appreciated.

Also, if anyone has controls on their ammoniacal etcher that they feel
are excellent (or doing an above average job) please feel free to drop
     me a line.

     Thanks,

     Chris Abeles
