Hi everyone,
We are currently experiencing difficulty in defining the following standards.
Manual IPC-A-610:
1)Clause 4.2 Pinholes,voids,pits,etc..
How would we classify a void that passes through from the primary side
to the secondary side of the board?
2)Clause 8.3: Bow and twist.
Please clarify "without jepardizing reliability
