Eric: A peelable silicone should give you the properties your
after.Dow Corning has a line of one component RTV's for electroninc
applications. You can contact them at 1-800-248-2481.Make sure you select one
with a high tensile and tear resistance to allow easy removal after
processing.
There are also peelable vinyls available that may fit your
needs,however since I don't know the details of your process and requirements
I'm hesitant to specify a particular one.
