     You can get the foils from several vendors: AlliedSignal, ADI/Isola, 
     et.al.  If you are using it as a stand alone item (no prepreg), the 
     only thing you should really be concerned about is the amount of resin 
     that is actually available to fill around the circuits. Normal resin 
     coated foil has about a 1.5 mils of resin. This is a universal process 
     limitation from all the vendors. I recommend that you get it double 
     coated with resin.  They apply a first layer of resin which is 
     C-staged to about 7/10 mil thick and then coated again with resin.  
     The second coat is b-staged. This will assure you of at least a 
     minimum dielectric separation.
     
     The biggest problem we had was getting fill around all of the 
     circuits.  You will need to use a conformal film of some type, i.e. 
     tedlar.  Keep in mind that after you do this you'll have A LOT of 
     image transfer.
