Does anyone have some recommendations on design of
breakaways for 0.050" BT Epoxy circuit boards? I am specifically
looking for slot width, spacing of breakaway tabs, size of tabs,
hole diameter in tabs, center spacing of holes in tabs, and number
of holes.
We currently use a .094 slot width, and five .031 holes spaced on
.050 centers are used where the breakaway section attaches to
board. But, these rules were developed for 0.062" FR-4 boards.

Thanks,
Steve Murphy
