Fred,
 I think there should be opportunities posted to this forum, in fact I
think this is one of the best forums to post job opportunities.  why would
you not want to have Jobs posted?  It gives the designer greater freedom
to choose the best opportunities available.  Of course if you are a person
in jeapordy of losing designers, then of course you don't want them to 
see these adds.  Just treat them right and they won't jump ship.  If you
do post a job opening though please put it in the subject line, so people
that don't want to see them can delete them!
