You have asked a question that would be pretty hard to answer in email. What do
you mean by "list of system requirements"? I would think it would be more
important to know YOUR requirements. Are you trying to buy a new system, learn
it real quick, and then start cranking out boards?
Regardless, any answer you get is likely to be subjective, like if you asked
"What's the best automobile these days?"
I'm not trying to be a jerk, and will cheerfully share my "LIFE WITH PCAD" from
versions 1.31 through 8.5 if you want, but I don't know how much it would help
you. Maybe if you asked a more specific question?
