IPC has numerous videos on the PWB fabrication process.  If you are 
looking for an overview IPC-VT-22 "Introduction to PWB Fabrication"  is 
available.  This is an 18 minute video and is available for purchase 
through IPC for $275 to members and $350 for non members.  I'd have to 
check but the tape may be available for IPC Designers Council Chapter 
meeting viewing.  Please follow-up with Lisa Williams of IPC for your 
nearest chapter location.
