RSI (Router Solutions Inc.) has a listing for a PADS-2000/Perform
converter to IPC-350/356 format, I would start there. (714)721-1017.
They are in good sync with the PADS folks, therefore they should be
up-to-speed with the Power PCB Product as well. Good Luck.

Hello,

We are looking for software that converts PADS\Power PCB files to
IPC-D356 Format, which is then used by the PC Board house for
BARE BOARD TESTING. If anyone has some information on this
type of conversion software, please send a message, thanks. Barb
