ENGINEERING MANAGER

Our client is a large manufacturer of complex, state-of-the-art, multilayer
prototype PCB's.  They are located in southern California.

Seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead the front-end engineering
group.  Will have responsiblity for Production Planning, CAM, and Artwork
(darkroom).  Reporting are 30+, including 3 supervisors.

Require experience with advanced materials, automated processes, MCM's,
blind/buried VIA's.  Prior engineering management experience required.
