IPC- RF-245 for rigid flexes and IPC- FC-250 for single and double sided

If your system requires it you may be required to list the material specs 
IPC-FC-231B,IPC-FC-232B,IPC-FC-233A and IPC-FC-241B (these revisions may 
have changed)
