David,

I don't have all the data you requested, but perhaps this will help.

FR-2 is a phenolic resin system with a paper base. CEM-1 is an
epoxy resin system with a paper-glass composite base.

Flexural Strengths, (lbs/in^2):
      Lengthwise: Crosswise:
FR-2: 12 000 10 500
CEM-1: 35 000 28 000

CTE (ppm/deg C):
FR-2: 12-25

Does anyone have any data on the properties of FR2/CEM1, I am
particularly interested in TCE, Tg and Young's modulus.

Thanks in advance.
