                                ENGINEERING MANAGER
             VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT

Expanding organization requires expert in Test Engineering to set up a
department within a rapidly expanding team.  The following outlines the
requirements.

*B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred.
*Experienced with design and operation of validation and verification test
beds.
*Experience with validation and verification testing of board-level, rack
level and system level telecommunications products involving advanced
optical, digital and analog circuits and components.
*Deep familiarity with CATV and Telco standards and protocols.
*Experienced with modern automatic test equipment and test technologies and
practices.
*5-7 years experience working in a similiar environment.
*Track records in driving multiple projects, leadership abilities in test
engineering area and release to production of products with a software
component.
