       My main concern would be the end product requirement for the trace,
 which I believe should be its final cross sectional area and relationship
 between its current carrying capacity and intented use. Therefore, I would
 consider this to be a 6.0 mil finished line in my calculations for end
 product requirements and let the pundits debate how to measure the trace.
