Title:  Engineering Manager
Market Range:  $70,000 to $110,000

Responsibilities:
*Direct the design and development of products; evaluate technology trends,
lead strategic initiatives/organizational changes, and improve the excellence
of the engineering process.
*Coordinate and monitor expense budgets.
*Plan for and maintain specific engineering census and skill mix to staff
appropriate business enterprise programs.

Experience:
*BS/MS in Engineering and 10+ years experience in the design of
electronic/electromechanical systems.
