          Gloria:
               If the boards are solder levelled with no gold, you may
          want to ask your board supplier to re-solder level them,
          provided also that they are not teeny boards (less than 3" X
          3").  The only risk you run from re-levelling after the
          board is cut out from the panel is a fracturing of the
          edges.  Try taking a solderability sample per the IPC spec.
