Johanson, Vitramon, TDK, others should be able to help you select
the best size for your application. You should be able to use 0805,

Can anyone tell me the smallest available sizes of both .1
micro-F and .01 micro-F capacitors? We're trying to design a
MCM and the circuit requires a number of these components.

Also, does anyone know of a company who will build our MCM in a
ceramic BGA package for a prototype run of about 3000-4000 pieces?
The substrate size and I/O requirements are still undefined.
