IPC-SF-818 does or did exist. It is a procurement spec for fluxes for 
many difference usages. L= Low Activity flux (most R, & RMA fluxes) 3= 
Class 3 SIR testing 100Mohm and NC= The residues can be cleaned or not 
cleaned prior to SIR testing.
