A question has come up concering the feature size of
artwork output from the a cad system. IPC-D-275 indicates
'The appropriate artwork tolerances and allowances shall be
incorporated into the production of the phototool'.
Does this mean that the cad artwork output should include
these tolerances and allowances or that the artwork used by
the board shop to fabricate the board shall include them?
