1 oz is typical, sometimes 1/2 oz for thinner boards. For both SMT &
PTH.
US designs are almost all English, Japan prefers metric. Don't know
about other countries. Most board shops can handle data in either
format.
Typical pad sizes for microvias are 25 mil for high density designs,
30 mils for normal.
