Your lay-up is not balanced with heavy cloth all on one side. This may well
be a significant contibutor to the warp issue. Can your impedence control be
delt with by finer lines or thinner copper ? It may be worth some
consideration. Another possibility is moving the critical controlled
impedence circuit layer to the center of the package.
