     You might try Volume 4 of the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
     Directory and Comparison Guide. (Vol. 4 is the Quality Management
     part.) Lots of cross references, matrices of supplier services,
     computer platforms, etc.  (If you don't already have it, it's a
     publication of Thomas Software Directories, associated with Thomas
     Register. Try 212 629-1112, fax 212 629-1159. I think it's about $100
     per volume...)

     Matrices of functionalities include product identification and
     traceability, quality records, defect tracking, control of
     non-conforming product, corrective action, etc.

     I am searching for a software package to help us monitor our
     "Manufacturing Process", from material tracking, to data collection of
     processes, to a corrective action system.  If you know of any such
     software package please let me know.
