The IPC Provides Test Boards Which have "SIR" type patterns in them. These
are the IPC-B-25/28 series PWB's. Another supplier of a "SIR" type PWB for
Surface Mount Applications is the Topline (310)433-7000 "Saber" Board Array.
I also have developed an artwork pattern in Gerber Format for the Bellcore
SIR pattern, which I would be glad to provide you. We give the pattern away
to customers who use us for SIR testing. Contact me if you are interesed.
