We have a problem in our Hand Load Area - Not a big problem but a
problem. A lot of our assemblies use Hand Loaded - Through hole
Resistor Paks. We are constantly getting reversed Resnets (Human
error). My question is does anybody have a simple solution to solve
our little problem.
* 1 Idea was to paint the polarity end to clearly show pin #1.
* Another Idea was to place the R-Paks into foam before loading (this
idea would work but to time consuming).
If anybody has any suggestions or Idea's I would greatly appreciate
it. Have a great day
Sincerely.
