At General Atronics, we use Zuken-Redac "Visula" CAD systems to
design our Printed Circuit Boards. The system can analyze crosstalk,
can calculate line-loss, impedance, and also give thermal analysis.
In order to use this resource, I need to input several properties
that I can't seem to find on product bulletins from laminate
manufacturers. They are:

Electrical Conductivity (in Siemens (same as Moh) per meter)
Relative Permeability
Thermal Conductivity (value in watts per meter per K)
Specific Heat (in Joules per K per kilogram)

If anybody out there can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
