GE Fanuc is assessing its training program. We are seeking information on
training systems employed by other companies, and would welcome a response
to the following questions:
1) When do employees receive initial training?
2) What is the duration of the training?
3) What is the interval between training sessions?
4) How are training records tracked?
5) Who does the training? What function in your organization is
responsible for the training?
6) How do you ensure that the proper people are doing the training?
7) Do you utilize formal tests during the training?
8) Do you allow people to fail the training? If so, what are the
consequences?
Thanks for your assistance
