Hello Victor,

There are many nuances while choosing the via structure dimensions, like
IPC Class, aspect ratio, tolerances on the finished hole size, number of
layers, materials... but as general rule a minimum annular ring of 6mils
(0.15mm) is a safe choice.
For a 8 mils (0.2mm) drill I would recommend a pad size of 20 mils (0.5mm)
should be achievable for most manufacturers.
