Excelta has some of the best tools available, ESD safe as well.

There are many brands out there that offer ESD lines.

In addition to the ones in the links above, I also like Klein and Wiha.

I've also used Apex exhibitor lists in the past to search for companies.

You can also get recommendations from the vendor you use to ensure ESD compliance. They might be able to steer you away from problem suppliers or towards good ones (Please share your learnings!)
