   I did not receive responses to my initial inquiry.   Therefore, I will post again.   Perhaps everyone is staying home during this COVID-19 alert time.

Ref:  IPC-2223D  5.2.9   Fig. 5-20

   How much material voiding/out gassing is permitted on the strain relief material, etc, epoxy, acrylic, RTV silicone, polysulfides.?
Will voiding weaken the fillet?
