Hi Ed

No company will guarantee you can coat all components without problems.
That said the coating is typically less than a micron and 99% of the time
it will be fine.

We have trialled many times with our coatings and if you find you have a
dodgy connection first time of fitting, the second time it connects.

It's really going back to understanding what you are protecting against?
This will tell you of the fluoropolymer coatings are suitable for you.

Btw there are water based low cost versions of these very expensive
materials now available. So if you're interested we can chat off line.
