The IPC document doesn't provide the material properties or a qualified list, those are things that will depend on the requirements of the application and the end-use environment.

I am wondering if there is anything in IPC-7711/7721 or elsewhere that lists the epoxy materials qualified to be used in accordance with IPC-7711/7721 or lists the properties that the epoxy must have?
