  I think that material you are thinking of could be one of those half-fractional materials as Dave mentioned. Too bad Doug, I don't think you should mention those elements anymore, it looks like it swiped a minute from you? At least now we know the half-life of it...

Richard, you just spot that collins appear to be use high resistance material in their net - look like high impurity material (non=semiconductor), might be used due to shut down cost cutting....  
just a guess.  too bad for Doug.  he really should won.
