To second Tom's assumption, I did not get a single e-mail from both Dave and Doug since their domain name changed. Provided I receive mails from other Technetters, I guess it's worth digging there.

The last error Gmail gave me blames Collins, and I saw the same error in someone else's note.

(example follows)

- The last reported error was: 5.7.1 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from collins.com is not accepted due to domain's 550-5.7.1 DMARC policy.

Please contact the administrator of collins.com domain 550-5.7.1 if this was a legitimate mail. Please visit 550-5.7.1

https://support.google.com/mail/answer/2451690 to learn about the 550 ...

Here is the short easy explanation of DMARC https://dmarc.org/wiki/FAQ#How_does_DMARC_work.2C_briefly.2C_and_in_non-technical_terms.3F

Someone's emails are failing DMARC, which is resulting in many people's email servers rejecting the message. It is possible that the IPC DMARC policy is being applied to the Collins email address, but I think more likely the Collins DMARC policy is either malformed for mailing list type emails, or is being applied to the message after it has passed through the IPC server.

It's worth investigation on both the IPC and Collins end... and if anyone saw different errors (or the same error referencing a different domain) please post them, I'm sure it will help diagnose the issue.
